I have reviewed the documentation on their website but I have some questions
How can restrict / authorize user access to categories?
How is integration with Community Builder integration HDP? Do I need some other extension?

Hi

When you create a category, you will see a field called Access. Choose the access level you want and only users has that access level can see the categories when submitting support tickets !

For community builder integration, could you please explain more details about how you want the integration to work ?
