Add fields in Email to Customer was created by tFardy23
Hello,
I add custom field to ticket named :

hdp_PROD1

How I should wrote in "New ticket user email body", that value from hdp_PROD1 dropdown field apper in email?

I wrote

[hdp_PROD1]
[HDP_PROD1]
[PROD1]

But no one works :(

Hi

This feature is now available in the extension. If you want to use this feature, simply download latest version, upgrade it to your site. After that, you can use the tag [HDP_PROD1] to include data for the custom field in the email message. Please note that when you use the tag, all characters in the tag must be in upper case.
