Custom Field inputs are not showing front or back

Hi there -

We bought the software and are pleased with everything so far, and we have been able to customize the colors etc... to match our site with no issues.

However, we are having just one problem. The custom fields are no issue to set up but when our clients input the fields only a couple or none are actually being stored and/or showing. It's critical that we see all the fields for each category because without that we cannot assist our clients.

We could use some help please. There is no secure area to insert admin or ftp access so we will not send access via your board. Please respond - we need help asap please. Thanks.

Dear Helen

I am sorry. At the weekend, I had to spend all time to work on new version of one of my extension and could not answer this support request.

Basically, custom field data will be showed when you access to ticket detail. Have you checked it yet ?

You can simply submit a support ticket to send us admin and FTP account of your site, explain exactly the issue so that I can check and solve it for you.

Answering forum questions at the moment and after that, I will look at support tickets !
