Logging out of helpdesk pro problem ....

Hi,
We have just purchased Helpdesk Pro and I wish to implement it asap.
But I have a slight problem.

I have made the HOME page TICKET LIST/MANAGE TICKETS and I get a login screen first of all - which is great - but after logging in there does not appear to be a LOG-OUT button.

Can you please advise how we can do this?
As I believe when we make this 'live' the users will want to be able to log-out as there could be sensitive information within the tickets.

I remember I replied this question via Ticket or Email. Have you received my response yet ?

Basically, I think you should create a menu item to allow users to login / logout. The login/logout process is handled by Joomla core, not by Helpdesk Pro.

If you need more support on this (for example, want us to create the menu item for you), please reply via support ticket !
