Under "Ticket updated admin email body" and "Ticket updated user email body" I added the tokens [TICKET_SUBJECT] and [TICKET_MESSAGE], but the tokens display on the updated ticket, rather than the subject and message. Is there a way to do this?
The [TICKET_SUBJECT] and [TICKET_MESSAGE] is not available in the email send to admins when someone add comment to the ticket. You can use the tag [TICKET_COMMENT] and it will be replaced with the comment which users added to the ticket.
