Assign more than one customer to a ticket

Hello,

is there a way to assign more than one customer to a ticket, we have a client whom wants all there staff to be able to see each others tickets.

could this be done by editing the MySql database?

also if it can be done is there a way to make it so all customers in a set group see all tickets assigned to that group.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do that. This will require some custom programming in order to have this feature.
