Translation of PENDING RESOLUTION string

Hi,

I trnaslated the language file in spanish and french. IT works but some string values are not in the list of words of language files like:
PENDING RESOLUTION
REQUIRE FEEDBACK
CLOSED
also priority values:
1-VERY LOW
2-LOW
3-NORMAL
4-ELEVATED
4-ELEVATED (there are 2 times ELEVATED in the dropdown list)
5-HIGH

How can I translate these string?
