Problems with spam

Hello Tuan
Even though the recaptcha is activated and it works, we get an awful lot of spam.
We would like use it with public replies.
Can you suggest a way to avoid the spam, or is the only way to avoid spam to deny public replies?

Ive just started using it.. I have captcha enabled and just started getting spam
