Hi Tuan,

So we meant to have different staff act upon assigned categories with only front end access. Unfortunately, while we would assign such a staff as manager for a certain category and they´d receive the notification up ticket creation, they will not currently see them in the frontend unless we assign them manually.

Any ideas how I could resolve that, so that the manager of a category automatically has it either assigned, or at least can view them?

Hi Stefan

If a user is a manager of the ticket category, then they will see the tickets from frontend for sure. Maybe something missing in your setup ? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator account of your site so that I can check it for you ?
