When users submit a new ticket the manager gets the ticket via email, and the user also gets the email, but and amendments to the ticket are not sent by email.
Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator account of your site ? I will upgrade your site to latest version (1.2.0 which I just completed) then test it again and make sure it is working as expected .
