Feature Request - Add user-defined "help" text

Beside the input form fields, it would be helpful to add a user-defined text field to be used as simple help or examples. In the case of "Priority", for example, we would like to add "Only one priority per user" as a simple user-defined text description. Another alternative would be to have user-defined mouse-over tool-tips.

I think we will implement tooltip feature which allows you to define the description for all fields in the submit ticket form .
