Feature Request - Enable access-level comment view

Sometimes it helps internal support staff if "internal-only" comments could be added. Please consider adding a Joomla-based "access-level" drop-down selection when a comment is added to a ticket.

Thanks John for your suggestion. However, a question raised: When you choose an access level to this comment, should the customer who submit the ticket receive notification about this comment ?

Hi Tuan,
It would be preferred to notify only those users who are authorized according to access level.
