Feature request - Add ticket on behalf of customer

I also would like to have this function, in the back end and front end.
A drop down list of users or a search field would be prefect.
Also the to get a new user created from the ticket system would be great, integration with CB.

I have always had great support from you and look forward to seeing the next release.

Have you an updated time line?

I will think about it. But right at the moment, in my mind, I will only implement the feature which allow you to enter name and email of the customer (the system will auto pick the existing user based on the entered email and set him as the ticket submitter).

This feature I think I will make it available within this week. More improvements will be made in the future !

I need this capability, of adding a ticket in behalf of a customer, from the front end, too. I noticed that this was brought up over 2 years ago and was going to be implemented in a 'future release' or even the 'next release'. But I haven't seen any more about it, since then. Is this going to be available in any future release (soon)?
