Feature request 2 - Cron import of e-mails

Hi,

Another feature request I have is a mail import function. I would like both users and staff to be able to respond to tickes via e-mail. Preferably with an option of how to handle responses without a valid ticket # in the subject line(?) (i.e. discard e-mail, create new ticket from e-mail, forward e-mail to admin and so on)

This is a planned feature. I believe we will have it available in the extension in less than 3 weeks from now.
