Joomla Compatibility was created by DB
Is Helpdesk Pro compatible at all with Joomla 1.5, or do I have to upgrade to Joomla 2.5?

Hi

The extension only works with Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. So if you want to use Helpdesk Pro, please upgrade your site to use Joomla 2.5.

I can not upgrade my site because I have others joomla 1.5 third party components installed.
In the past you had j1.5 ver for Help Desk Pro, as you can see in the attachment you still offering 1.5 ver
Please, allow download previous j1.5 version.
