When a user submits a new ticket, it's registered well but the mail is not sent.
We checked joomla mail options and they're well.
Where can be the problem?

I believe it is just something with the mail settings on your server. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check the issue directly on your site?
