Available Tags?

I am trying to configure the e-mails that get sent to various people for this component. Off to the right there is a section for Available Tags. However, it is blank. Is there a list somewhere of available tags for e-mail responses?

First of all, I am sorry for lately response. I am on new year holiday and going to come back to office this afternoon.

Regarding your questions, all the available tags for each message are in the default message which the extension generated when you first installed the component. Do you see these tags in each message?

You can let me know which messages you want to change and I will tell you which tags are available for that messages.
