Feature Suggestions

1. An ability to assign tickets to an agent (when there are more than one available).
2. Archiving
3. ACL level control of the backend preferably using the Joomla 3 interface itself to allow admins to set who can and cannot access the ticket system and what level they have access to:
eg: technician, admin, manager, accounting

Other than that it works, is simple and I can see a benefit to the extension. Will not ask for a refund (though it does not suit my purpose) in the hopes that you will use it to mature the product.

Thanks Julian for your suggestion. Yes, the feature 1 and 3 were planned, I need to have some more time to implement it. The feature #2 we might simply create a new ticket status (need to think about it carefully before deciding the solution).

=> This feature is available in the latest version of the extension.

=> A simple ACL will be implemented soon .

Other features are not available yet.
