Error...

I have Joomla 3.0.2 and Helpdesk Pro 1.1.1.
When I open a new ticket (submitted by a user) in the backend and then go to add a comment, after typing in the comment and clicking "Submit Comment", I get an error message, see attached screenshot.
Also after the error the ticket is gone from the list of new tickets (without me changing it status). Looking in the database the status_id for the specific ticket has been changed to 3.
This same patterned has repeated itself three times now.
Would appreciate a quick fix or solution from your side.

Sorry. Not sure why I missed this support request. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of the site. I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you (seems the reason is because you are using old version).
