Feature Suggestion - Archive tickets

Hello,

I have a suggestion, will it be possible to create a section where you can archive closed or "any other set ticket status" that will not show when you set the filter list to "All".

My reason behind this is, I have a status list which is about 15 items and the ticket list is very busy and hard to see what is the status when i sort by "modified date".

I think I won't add support for this feature in near future. But I can help you to edit code to make it works like that. Please submit a support ticket and we can discuss more detail about it .

I would also be interested in the ability not include "closed' tickets in an ALL view.

If you excluded closed tickets, how will you view these closed tickets when needed ?

Is it possible for the ALL to include all except "closed" but still keep closed in the filter list so that if I select Closed from the list it would show me only the closed tickets?
