disable attachments was created by Justin Campbell
My ticket attachment plugin is disabled yet on the webpage it still displays the option. How do I remove it from the webpage altogether so people can only send a message? ;)

Hi Justin

The ticket attachment plugin is used to display all attachments in a support ticket when administrator view the support ticket from back-end. It doesn't affect the add attachment feature in the front-end .

I think I can add a config option to disable the attachment in the front-end. Are you in rush ? If yes, then I can guide you to remove the code to disable attachment for now. If not, give me 1 or max 2 days and I will have this config option added to the extension.

No problem waiting. And it would make a good option to enable/disable attachments. Look forward to it. Thanks.

Hi Justin

I am too fast, so you won't have to wait until tomorrow. You can have it today. Simply login to your account, access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version and upgrade to your site. After that, go to Helpdesk Pro -> Configuration, find the config option Enable Attachment, set it to No. After that, it will work as expected :).

Helpdesk Pro is a new extension, so if it is possible, could you please spend few minutes to help me by giving it a 5 stars rating and a nice review at extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients...ties/help-desk/22376 to support my development

Thanks for any help you can give.

Regards,

Tuan
