New options for options ;-) was created by Chris
Hi!
I'm new to E-Shop and currently I'm rebuilding my Joomla site with your shop system (my old one is not maintained anymore).
Most of my products are color granulates in different sizes: 10g, 50g, 100g
The sizes each have an own article number. Because the granulate has - of course - the same specification for all articles I created one product entry with the three options 10g, 50g, 100g. Ok, that works.
I get something like this:
Sizes:
10g
50g (+€ 25,00)
100g (+€ 45,00)
But I would need something like this:
Sizes:
10g (€7,10)
50g (€ 32,10)
100g (€ 52,10)
As you can see there is no addition of costs but directly the complete price, which is more comfortable for my costumers.
Also in the Backend an option would be fine beside of "+" and "-" and procentual price input: setting a fixed price directly so there is no need to calculate the difference to the smalles size.
To show the complete price instead of the additional amount in the radio button area shouldn't be too complex. My be you can tell me the file where to chance it
Oh, and what I also noticed: when clicking another option on the product page, there is no change of the product code, only the price. So the customer thinks the product code corresponds to the bigger size, too (which is not the case). Is there a simple way to update the product code regarding my clicking in the options?
Best regards from Germany,
Christoph

Dear Chris,
Thank you for submitting the ticket here. I read your post. EShop does not support that because actually, the option maybe checkbox list type, not only Select list or radio list.
However, I think I can find a custom solution to implement it for you. Please go to our ticket system to submit a new ticket to EShop category to discuss more about this there.
Sincerely, Giang
