Comments Box Update

We use the comments box on every order and send instructions to the client. However, the box will not add line breaks or returns and we have to format the content using HTML.

Ideally we would like to simply copy and paste instructions into this box with line breaks, bold formatting and HTML links that auto translate into clickable links fo rthe client.

We've been using EShop since version 2.0.1 (at least) and would love to see this improvement.

The comment box is a textarea field and it should handle the break line normally. If it does not work like that, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site there so I can help you to check.
