Hello. I think it would be great if users could be able to rate the delivery service separately. Since if it’s the problem from the delivery man, they can have some comments and let us know through reviews instead of giving bad ratings for the whole shop.
Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, there is no feature for rating delivery service. I am not sure if many stores need it or not. I will consider on this.
