It looks like the og:image tag for Facebook, as an example, is taken from a category's image. This is very suboptimal, as the aspect ratio for this image is different for a web site as compared to Facebook, which also changes it now and again.
What would be REALLY useful would be if each category and each product had a field for a URL to the image(s) to be used for social media. Even just the image field for Facebook and Twitter would get it usable, such that when a category or product is referenced, their crawler grabs the right image.

Hello Christopher,
og:image tag of product details page is using image of product, not category's image.
Sincerely, Giang

Yes, and the og:image of category is using the category image.
BOTH are the wrong aspect ratio for Facebook.
Best would be to NOT use the product image or category image, which are correct for a Joomla site, but not Facebook. Instead, have a field for the Facebook image, and then use the product or category image IF that's not set.
