possible to automate an e-shop order entry using Curl?

curl -d Firstname="John" -d Lastname="Smith" -d Address1="1234 Main St" ...........  -d Form_Submit="Send" site.com/eshop_form.php

OR parameters

site.com/eshop_form.php&Firstname="John"&Lastname="Smith "......
