Showing shipping cost before adding to basket

In Germany, it is mandatory to make the shipping costs visible to the buyer in the web shop before adding the item to the shopping cart. So far, I haven't had the opportunity to do this in the e-shop.

The shipping costs must be displayed wherever I can add an item to the shopping cart.
For example, it would be sufficient to display a link "plus shipping costs" on a popup with the shipping costs (joomla article) behind the price.
EShop is not compliant with the law.

How do the other e-shop operators do it?

at this time we use weight.
As in other shops, I think a link to an article with shipping cost definition Shows in a poup or tooltip would be enough,

I already use the weight Shipping and it works well. But customer does not see the shipping cost definition before adding to basket. Only before final order,

That's correct. Because the shipping cost is only defined once customer has full of address and products for their order.
