Category on or off for each category item was created by Leontine Luijsterburg
Now we can set category on or off above the productlist. But it would be nice if we can set this for each category.

Why? For some categories extra product info is needed. The we want to set it on. Other categories where this is not, we don't want to use the space it takes and switch it of.
