BCC recipient for customer notification

The possibility to configure a BCC recipient for customer notification mail would be very useful, This is helpful if guest account entered wrong mail address. After receiving the mail delivery error we can get the correct customer mail address by telephone. Then we could forward the customer notification mail out of the BCC mailbox to the correct customer mail address.

No, we do not support it and maybe it's not needed. If you want, you can already handle it using different way. You can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, click on the checkbox next to the registration record you want to resend email and press Re-send Email button in the toolbar to have the email resent

Thank you for your quick reply. There is no Events Booking at Eshop. It concerns guest Accounts in Eshop.
