My client ask me if is possibile to have 2 news functions:
  1. the ability to see cart contents of customers who have not completed the purchase (so is possibile to recontact them or send specific comunications)
  2. the ability to send an automatic reminder email to customers who have not completed the purchase with the contents of the cart
