Sub category display was created by David
Add the option to display a sub category of a category, in the category (general or data) area, to allow independent subcategory dispaly control.

Hello David,
Thank you for your suggestion. However, when you view a category, there is already an option to show/hide sub-categories from that view. It is already supported.
Sincerely, Giang

Hi can you please share how this is done. I have searched the support documents and have only found how to do this for categories globally. This would be very useful for me as some of my categories have a lot of sub categories.

Hello David,
Can you please go to the back-end of your site, then go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Layout tab, at "Show Sub Categories" choose Yes, then Save the configuration and test the category page again.
Hope that this is useful.
Sincerely, Giang

Giang, can you tell me how to display Empty Sub Categories? I am using EShop as both a product quote system for some categories, and others with no products, just a contact form on the Sub-Category page.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi again,
You have already tested this again and it's working now. The Empty Sub categories should still display.
Sincerely, Giang
