More options when selecting more than 1 item

So if I select more than one qty of the same item, then additional options will be available for the additional items? You have the general idea in Events Booking. If a person selects more than one sub event then custom fields appear to be filled in for the attendee.

The quantity of selected options are equal the main quantity that shopper choose for the product to add to the cart. This is the way that EShop works.
