In our typical way of working, we often return from sending orders and have to manually update up to 80 orders with shipping details. This is basically setting the order to "Shipped" (a simple status update) along with entering the tracking code for orders that were sent tracked.
This is very laborious.
It would be excellent if we could perform the multiple-select on a large number of orders in the order view, and then click a "Bulk update" button. This presented us with a simple column list of the order basic details (order ID, invoice, customer name, address, postcode, country), then gave the operator the ability to update the status and the tracking field with values in a single screen, in bulk. A single click button would then initiate the update of all the orders, and send out the relevant status change/shipping emails as normal.
This would greatly improve our working with the product and save lots of time.
