Printed invoices are way too small was created by Bram
The format of the PDF invoice is horizontal (wider than tall) but it doesn't print properly in the horizontal layout on any of our printers.
We are forced to use vertical, and the type is way too small for our customers to read.
Also, unless we use "Shrink oversized pages" the order number does not print.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hello Bram,
I am not sure about this. Maybe that you should check some settings in the PDF reader if there is any options for printing.
Sincerely, Giang

Hi,
I have checked the settings. The problem is the invoice is not set up to maximize the vertical layout for printing which makes the text VERY small. I can't believe no one else is having customers complain about this.
Also, the "Delivery Date:" at the bottom of the invoice is causing confusion as it is wrong. How do we eliminate it?
Thanks

Also, the Invoice number doesn't print in any of the options except Shrink to Fit.
If you could move the invoice number down on the PDF page it would make thing much easier.
Since the client can print their own invoice, perhaps a "Packing Slip" option for us would be helpful? Could be used when the item is a gift as well.
Thanks

Hello Bram,
May that you should go to the Invoice Layout message to increase the size of Invoice layout from there: eshopdocs.joomservices.com/system-manage...sages#invoice-layout
