Adding Product image to Quote email to end user

I am inquiring if it could be possible to add the Image of the product onto the Quote email that goes out to the End-User. As well if the wish list could send to the quote cart rather than just the Checkout.
We don't sell products on our website but our website is for end-users to submit a Quote for cost. Thank you in advance for a reply.
