Out of Stock Status (Global Change)

I would like to see a feature where I can choose all the category and change the "Out of Stock Status"

For example I have a category on my site seasonal toys when it's Halloween I would like to change the status of all the items from (Pre-Order) to (In Stock).

Now I have to go into everyn single item and change the status.
Unless there is something that I haven't seen.
