Minimum SubTotal for GeoZone

Hi, we would like the possibility to have a minimum subtotal for geozone so we can set, for example, a minimum subtotal for domestic shipments and another for foreign shipments. Thanks

Currently there is only a minimum total after that client can checkout, independent from shipping destinations. For us would be useful to have, for example, a lower limit for domestic shipments and a higher one for abroad shipment. Send abroad involves more work for us, then we would like the customer having to spend more in order to have the service. It would be necessary to move the minimum total verification after the shipping address choice. Thanks, I hope I have been clear

I thought about this feature and sound like it's hard to implement. It's too hard to set minimum total of order based on selected shipment because shipment method only chosen at step 4 of Checkout. If customer was able to go to Checkout page, then they should be able to complete checkout. We can not stop them after step 4 if minimum total does not reach to expected amount.

Would it be possible to set this up so the customer can get to the checkout page regardless, but if they haven't reached the minimum purchase amount for that shipping method - it just doesn't show up?

Then we could set up 2 (or more) shipping plugins for each applicable geo zone?
