The last hurdle I have to use EShop is to hopefully avoid forcing the user to login a second time. Since the user may or may not already be logged in via Joomla. What could I add to that cookie that would work for EShop so that it recognizes them in their customer database? (say if the ID field matches in both the user and customer tables? I could add ID to the cookie)
currently we have a IDN field that we put in the cookie to identify our members to other software.
EShop customers are also Joomla users. They use same cookies/sessions. So if users logged in in Joomlla, then they are also logged-in in EShop. There is no second time log-in.
