Personalize customer emails

It would be nice to have a label available in the emails send to customers, such as [CUSTOMER_NAME], so I can personalize the emails a bit more. In the same way like [STORE_NAME] is available.
So I can put 'Hi Peter' into the emails in stead of just 'Hi'.

I'm talking about the emails that are automatically send to customers after ordering a product or after a status change.
E.g.:
- Customer Notification Email
- Order Status Change - Customer Notification Email

Hope this clearifies my feature request.
