Hi Giang
We noticed quite a few customers abandoned the shopping cart and we wanted to follow up as to why.
One important thing is to provide a link to the items they had.
Within the admin, there's already a code to "edit" the cart info so I think it may be possible to provide this link to the customer who abandoned the cart as the contents are still there.
Example of admin link: www.domainname.com/administrator/index.p...dit&cid%5B%5D=123456
How can we provide the link so that the customer may simply click on it and complete their purchase?

Hi Omar,
If customer logged in to create the order, then when they are in order history at the front-end side, they have option to re-order. I think this should work.
Currently, there is no option to send link to customer to complete their order.

Hello Giang,
Correct, they can log in and then reorder. What we did was send the customer the login link, but it can be useful for marketing purposes to have the customer pick up where they left off. Something to think about.

This is pretty fundamental and most carts have it.
