Customer Modification Template?

This might be a quick thing for you guys.

How about being able to choose a "message" template in the order / "Send Notification Email" and being able to choose a custom template there?

So I could choose a Shipping Template (from Messages) and fill in the tracking number to the notification.

Like:

Your package was shipped with Fedex and your tracking number is: {$Comment}

Delivery Address:
{$Address}
