Reviews - Dashboard and Front End

The dashboard reviews can use some improvements. Here are some suggestions to consider:

1. There should be an option to show PENDING reviews. Right now, I don't see how to get to view pending reviews unless I scroll through each tab (1, 2, 3, etc). Perhaps that can be placed in the Dashboard's main page where you currently have:
Overview
Top Sales
Top Hits
Top Rates
Top Reviews

2. There should be an option to display how many reviews to display per page. The current default is 20.

3. There should be an option (preferably dropdown menu) to display the different products. If I have 30 products, it could be better to just show those products. I know you have sorting, but I don't think it's accurate as I see a different product that is showing up for me along with my other products.

4. Allow the website owner to respond to a review below. Similar to how it's done on JED extensions reviews.

5. When a user clicks on the "Write a review", it should take them directly to the field to fill out their review. Currently clicking "write a review" only opens the review tab.
