Download invoice

Hi,
The client should not be able to download the invoice if no payment has been made. For online payments no problem, but in the case of offline payments should not be available to download from the invoice until the order is at a certain stage, eg paid stage.

If they download the payment, what difference does it make? It will show that they owe or paid for the invoice.
