E-Mail confirm for each order status

Hey,
would be great to assign e-mail notifications to each oder status.

For example:

OPEN
- E-Mail to customer "we have recieved your order"
- E-Mail to admin "you have a new order"

PAYED
- E-Mail to costumer "thanks for your payment, we will sent you order"

SENT
- E-Mail to costumer "your products have been sent"

Maybe just like some new feelds for ech order status like:

E-Mail to costumer: yes/no
E-Mail text to customer: "textfield"

E-Mail to admin: yes/no
E-Mail text to admin: "textfield"
