[FEATURE REQUEST] Email of order status changes

When order status changes, it would be nice to choose that customer get email of new order status.

yes, nice feature. on a previous shopping extension i used, there was a tick box next to the change status field, so after you changed the status (eg Confirmed to Shipped) if you ticked the box, it would send an email notification to the customer.
