We publish our events in batches, so we set up 'publish up' dates.
We currently only want to show events up to 11 April 2027 to the public.
We have events that are set up with dates beyond that, but the publish up date is 01-01-2027 08:00
For example
- go to the calendar for May 2027
ileap.co.uk/activites/calendar
- See 4 May there is an event "*ILEAP Multi Activity Tuesday: Summer Term 2027: 16 years and over"
- the publish up date is 01-01-2027 08:00 so it should not be showing.
They are not showing on the upcoming events table layout page
ileap.co.uk/activites/upcoming-activites?start=90
(you will see that the main events stop at 11 April (and only bank holidays show after this which is correct).
Is there something I can set so that the not yet published events do not show on the calendar view?
