Custom Fee Fields and Quantity Fields was created by Harri
HelloWe have successfully tested Custom Fee Fields and Quantity Fields, and both work well. However, we have two questions about using these features for multiple training events.1. Showing remaining capacity for Custom Field optionsWe have a Radio field for attendance type (On-site / Online), with separate Quantity Values. When one option reaches its limit, it simply disappears from the registration form.Is there a way to keep the option visible but disabled, displaying something like "On-site – Fully booked"?Even better, can we display the remaining capacity, for example "On-site – 3 of 40 places available"?2. Different pricing for different eventsWe currently use Custom Fee Fields for participant categories (member, non-member, student, speaker) and attendance type (on-site / online). Events Booking correctly calculates the total by adding the selected fee values. However, each event may have different prices. Can we reuse the same Custom Fields across multiple events but define different Fee Values for each event?Or do we need to create separate Custom Fee Fields for every event with a different pricing structure? We would prefer to keep the registration form consistent and avoid creating many duplicate fields. Is there a standard configuration or recommended approach for this?Thank you!

Hi Harri
1. For #1, we do not support that at the moment
2. For #2, you will need to setup different custom field, one field for each event to have difference price for each event
Instead of custom field quantity like this, I think Ticket Types might works better. See docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/plugins/ticket-types
Regards,
Tuan

I enabled the Events Booking - Ticket Types plugin on our Joomla 6 website (Events Booking 5.11.0).
Unfortunately, the individual registration form does not open when the plugin is enabled.
Clicking Register sends a GET request to:
/testing/individual-registration
The server responds with:
HTTP 303 See Other
and redirects back to:
/testing
There is no visible error message.
When I disable the Ticket Types plugin, individual registration works normally again.
I also disabled our custom fee/quantity fields and tested different event capacity values (0 and 100), but the issue remains.
Is there a specific configuration requirement for Ticket Types when using individual registration, or could this indicate a compatibility issue?

That sound strange. Did you setup ticket types for the event yet? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site and tell us what we need to do to see the error ? We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Yes, I have already configured two ticket types for the test event:
On-site – limited capacity
Online – limited capacity
The event is published but hidden from the public event list.
The issue is reproducible:
Open psy.ee/testimine2
Click the Register button.
The page briefly reloads and redirects back to the event page instead of opening the registration form.
The request to /testimine2/individual-registration returns HTTP 303 and redirects back to /testimine2.
When I disable the Events Booking - Ticket Types plugin, registration works normally again.
I have also tested different event capacity values and disabled the existing Custom Fee/Quantity Fields, without success.
