Hello,We are planning to use Events Booking to manage conference and training registrations on a single Joomla 6 website.Our events are organized by two legally separate non-profit organizations (Org1 and Org2). Each event belongs to one organization, and invoices must be issued by that specific legal entity.We would like to know whether Events Booking can support the following requirements within a single installation:
- Event organizer selection: Can we assign an organization (Org1 or Org2) to each event, so that its invoicing and payment settings are applied automatically?
- Separate invoice issuers: Each organization must have its own legal name, registration details, VAT information, bank account and invoice layout.
- Separate invoice numbering: Each organization must have its own independent invoice number sequence, not just a different invoice template.
- Separate payment destinations: Payments must go directly to the bank or payment account of the organization responsible for the event.
- Invoice before payment: After registration, the participant should automatically receive a PDF invoice by email and be able to pay later via bank transfer. Payment confirmation may be handled manually.
Can these requirements be achieved using standard Events Booking settings or existing supported plugins, without modifying the component's core code?If not, what would you recommend as the most maintainable solution? For example, would a custom plugin using Events Booking events/hooks be appropriate?Any documentation links or configuration examples would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!
