Reuse user data on next registration

Hi,
We bought and are using this component but we are struggling to create the option to register a user with its address and reuse those on next checkout.
Is that even possible?
Even better would be that a registeren user can add subusers (with personal details) and also reuse those.
Could anybody let us know if something like that is possible?

Hi Kris

By default, if the user is logged in, the data from his previous registration will be used to fill-in registration form fields for his next registration. Is it not working like that on your site?

Hi Tuan,
Thank you for the fast reply. As expected we only get the mail and first+lastname (if we use the regular fields in the component). In our registration form we have first+lastname multiple times because the parent does the registration for the child.
What we would like to have is the complete filled in form (address, telephone, mail and other personal data) from the parent and even better also for the child.
Is that possible?

The question is where we can get the data to fill-in form fields ? If he has already entered these data on previous registration, then it should be populated for next registration

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super user account of the site
- Link to registration form
- Username/password of that user account

Then I can check to see why data is not pre-populated as expected
