After the update, the link to the category disappeared from the event snippet.

I updated Event Booking to the latest version, and some details have been lost. Specifically, the link to the category is no longer displayed in the event snippet (the date, location, title, short description, and category photo are all present, but the category link is missing). How can I restore the category link? 

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super user account of the site, link to the page and explain the issue you are having. We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Thanks, I figured it out on my own. It turns out that category display is enabled in the menu item, not in the component itself.
